Q: How soon can I expect my order to arrive?
A: All Monday thru Friday orders are shipped within 24 hours   Orders received after 2PM Saturday are shipped Monday morning.




Q: I live outside of the United States. Does this affect the cost or shipping options?
A: For any combination order until 6 products, all international orders are shipped via Airmail US Post for a $15 flat fee.  Airmail is 4-7 days delivery.  Express Mail 3-4 day delivery option is available for an extra $10 dollars, $25 dollars total. 




Q: How much is shipping if I want more than 5 items?
A: Shipping costs include any combination up to 6 items.  Please e-mail info@mirani.com if you have more than 6 items and shipping will be calculated for you.




Q: Is my credit card at risk if I order through the Mirani.com site?
A: The information you supply with your order will be sent back and forth via Verisign, a secure connection (SSL). This method is the industry standard for ensuring safe, secure commerce.   Your credit card information is not known to us, therefore, should you prefer to place your order via telephone, please be prepared to provide your credit card number, expiration date and shipping address and we can process your order for you.




Q: Will I get junk mail or spam as a result of my purchase?
A: All personal information supplied in your order to Mirani.com is kept confidential.  Our customer list is never shared with any outside organization.




Q: What is the Mirani.com return policy?
A: If for any reason you need to return your AQABA product, please do so within 30 days in the same packaging in which you received it to:

We stand by our product and do understand if a return is necessary. However, we would appreciate a brief note from you, with your return, or an e-mail, with the reason for your return. Your comments and feedback are important to us!





Q: Can I ship to a PO Box?
A: UPS and Federal Express DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes. If you'd like your purchase delivered to a PO Box, you must select the US Postal Service.
Q: Can I pay by check?
